We offer many vis­its through­out the school year for all pupils and Key Stage 2 pupils can par­tic­i­pate in res­i­den­tial trips. Chil­dren have recently returned from Court Farm Res­i­den­tial where they par­tic­i­pated in Kayak­ing, Abseil­ing, Archery and many other activities.

Chil­dren go on many trips through­out the year. Please see the list below of trips :

Foun­da­tion chil­dren go to Twycross Zoo every year in the Sum­mer Term.

Year 1 chil­dren will be vis­it­ing the Space Cen­tre and Conkers.

Year 2 chil­dren vis­ited the Heart of Eng­land Cen­tre at Fil­longly for a day at the Sea Side and Snib­ston Dis­cov­ery Park.

Year 3 chil­dren went to Can­nock Chase

Year 4 chil­dren vis­ited DeMont­fort Hall for a steel pan con­cert and Tam­worth Castle.

Year 5 chil­dren also went to Tam­worth Castle.

Chil­dren in year 5 and 6 take part in a ‘Bike 4 Life’ pro­gramme which helps them to ride a bicy­cle safely on the roads. They all have a cer­tifi­cate on com­ple­tion of the course. This is run by a qual­i­fied road safety instruc­tor from County Hall.

Chil­dren in Recep­tion and Year One enjoyed a a visit from ‘The Blun­der­bus The­atre Com­pany’ to per­form ‘The Owl who was afraid of the dark’. These yearly shows are always thor­oughly enjoyed by the children.

Key Stage 2 chil­dren had the oppor­tu­nity to take part in an African Drum­ming workshop
