Chair of Governors Parent Feedback
Dear Parents and Carers,
You will have all have seen from my letter sent out at the start of last week, that Miss Munton is retiring as Head at Richmond at the end of the summer term. We will have plenty of opportunity before she leaves to thank her and show our appreciation for everything she has done during her time at the school.
The governing body want to involve all of the school community in helping us appoint a new head that will build on the fantastic work of Carolyn over the past 18 years to make Richmond the wonderful school that it is today.
It would really help the appointment panel if you could complete and return the attached form, setting out your views on what you as a Richmond parent think are the most important qualities that the new headteacher should have. With your contribution, together with those of staff and children, I am sure we can make the right appointment for Richmond.
